Customized products (e.g., personalized engravings, special sizes) are final sale unless defective.
Customers cover return shipping costs for non-defective items.
3. How to Return

② Ship Back We’ll provide a return address via email. Use a trackable shipping method.
③ Refund Issued Once the item is verified, your refund will be processed within 3 business days via your original payment method.
4. Important Notes
Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the item is faulty).
Exchanges depend on stock availability; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
